Service Rate Notes: Remote Services include remote connection work, telephone and secure video conferencing support and troubleshooting using offline code or prints. Your prepaid hours are consumed in the order the blocks expire. Overtime and premium work consumes your hours at the 1.5 and 2.0 multipliers respectively. All purchased service hours expire after 1 year. When hours are due to expire, customer has the option to purchase an equal or greater number of hours, continuing the service for an additional year, and the expiring hours will be rolled over with a renewed 1 year expiration.

Standard rates/multipliers apply on first 8-hours during Normal Business Hours (Non-Holiday, Monday through Friday) 7am to 5pm. Overtime rates/multipliers apply on hours over a standard 8-hour day on Monday through Friday, or Monday through Friday before 7am or after 5pm, and all hours on Saturday. Premium rates/multipliers apply on all hours Sunday and Holidays.
